Everything went smoothly. Appointment times on both occasions worked with my schedule and the one hour time-line is great so I am not waiting half the day (the appointment was from 5-6pm) - most service companies quote from 12-5 which is too restrictive. On both occasions the service representative was knowledgeable, friendly, and quick to finish up their job with little mess. I was very happy with the service. I appreciated that Scott took the extra time to make changes to increase the pressure in the system when he wasn't happy with the results he was observing. He has very high standards of service and professionalism and made it easy for me by explaining everything I needed to know. Because of that, I have piece of mind knowing that I don't have to read any manuals or instruction booklets going forward. Dave is one of the most knowledgeable and experienced professionals that I have ever dealt with. His years of experience shows through in a very professional and relaxed manner and the combination made it a very easy decision to buy from you. The configuring of the system and setting up the appointment was as efficient as it could be. Could you provide service for other companies ... e.g., Rogers Cable ... Lazy-boy ... etc. ? Linda, my wife was at home during the call. It was quick. It was efficient. I told the service man that I would see him again next year. Does not get much better than that! After many years of having a water system I finally experienced true customer service when I bought my home in 2008 and had problems with the water filter system that was already in the home. Everyone at Watermart went out of their way to make my life easy. Your customer service is excellent! Friendly reminders about upcoming service, flexibility when booking appointments and friendly, efficient technicians. We've had Ron as our service technician for a couple years. He is excellent!! Friendly and professional, punctual and really makes you feel like he would go that extra mile to do the job right. Finding you via Google wasn't that easy, but I'm happy I landed on your site. Your telephone reminders are great - and even when I don't respond to them Dave follows up with a reminder call. When I finally called back the woman on the phone was friendly and set-up a service appointment for the next day! Also - the appointments are for a 1-hour time-frame, and for several years now your service person always arrives on schedule! This is really appreciated! Since owning a Reverse Osmosis Water System from Watermart, I never realized how much of a difference the taste of the water makes, my boys nor I can no longer drink tap water. Ron is a superstar. I would use the fact that many people are waking up to the governments deception about fluoride to your advantage. More and more people are realizing it's true nature and purpose. Perhaps some information on your website about fluoride and it's dangers would help you. Try www.fluoridealert.org. Very pleasant as usual, on time and efficient. Before finding WaterMart, I was familiar with a bunch of the different water filter options but found lots of conflicting information about the benefits of each system and a massive range in prices. Everyone was incredibly efficient. The price negotiated for the product and the installation was fair. Also, I was quite pleased by Scott's service as well. The service call was excellent! I'm having trouble with my Bell Express Vu service. Those folks could learn from you! Once again your team has delivered an outstanding service!
