Everything went smoothly. Appointment times on both occasions worked with my schedule and the one hour time-line is great so I am not waiting half the day (the appointment was from 5-6pm) – most service companies quote from 12-5 which is too restrictive. On both occasions the service representative was knowledgeable, friendly, and quick to finish up their job with little mess.
We are very happy with the product. We feel it has enhanced the quality of both our drinking and cooking water and we use it extensively every day with no issues. We are happy not to be adding plastic water bottles to landfill sites anymore. It is great to get a reminder service call when the filters need changing as well — one less thing to worry about. Both the person who installed the system and the person who changed the filters were great. Good representatives of the company, spoke well of the company, sounded connected to the company — there was a sense of ownership to what they were doing beyond just servicing a water system. I worked in Human Resources Management of 15 years so I get excited when I come across good employees — a rare and priceless asset especially when they are the face of the company. Whatever you are doing in terms of hiring, training, communication, and management techniques appears to be working well.
I was very happy with the service. I appreciated that Scott took the extra time to make changes to increase the pressure in the system when he wasn't happy with the results he was observing. He has very high standards of service and professionalism and made it easy for me by explaining everything I needed to know. Because of that, I have piece of mind knowing that I don't have to read any manuals or instruction booklets going forward.

After many years of having a water system I finally experienced true customer service when I bought my home in 2008 and had problems with the water filter system that was already in the home. Everyone at WaterMart went out of their way to make my life easy.
I can not say enough about the service and customer care that everyone within the company displays. They really do care about going that extra mile to make sure their customers are totally satisfied.

You have nothing to improve on! Your telephone reminders are great – and even when I don't respond to them Dave follows up with a reminder call. When I finally called back the woman on the phone was friendly and set-up a service appointment for the next day! Also – the appointments are for a 1-hour time-frame, and for several years now your service person always arrives on schedule! This is really appreciated! Before finding WaterMart, I was familiar with a bunch of the different water filter options but found lots of conflicting information about the benefits of each system and a massive range in prices.
WaterMart made the whole process easy. We went to the store and were helped out by Dave who first asked us a bunch of questions to assess what kind of system we were looking for and then explained all the options that would suit our criteria.
A few days later, the technician came to install our under-the-sink water filter and he was great too – friendly, clean, efficient, and thoughtful.
Plus, compared to other quotes I received, WaterMart was very reasonable. Good people. I highly recommend them.

My husband and I both hold post graduate degrees but when it comes to fixing/maintenance we are very challenged, to say the least! Dave received a late night email from us, asking for help when we fumbled an easy filter change and created a water emergency under our kitchen sink, necessitating turning off the main water source to our house.
Dave called us immediately (10:30PM) and arrived shortly thereafter to rescue us. We couldn't believe our good fortune! I felt as if we were living in a small village where small business owners care about the well being of their customers and take pride in the products they sell. How remarkable to find someone like Dave in this day and age!!

On Friday, February 19th, 2010 Ron came by to service our water softener. I'm writing you this letter because he went out of his way to find a part for our very old unit. He mentioned that parts were very scarce and he'd try a few places. He returned on Monday with a part he felt would do. When I asked him where he found it he replied that he went to six places but wasn't successful. He happened to find a piece similar to what he needed and "tweeked" it to fit. I was so impressed with his service, honesty, and that he went out of his way (over the weekend) to find a part that was needed to repair our water softener. I am impressed with his service and your company. Employees like him are rare and he is an asset to your company.

Scott was not only thorough, knowledgeable to the point where he noticed a leak under our sink. He tightened part of the pipe that was loose, put paper towel under the Reverse Osmosis tank which is right in front of this pipe, so if leaking should continue to occur, it would be easy to detect if the paper towel was wet. It was very nice of Scott to go beyond the call of duty and do that for us and so far, so good! Scott was very friendly, personable and did an exceptionally efficient and neat process with no trail left behind. I was 100 percent satisfied with Scott and look forward to having Scott return again in the future.
Clearly, Dave knows his stuff! I really appreciated talking with Dave who knew his material so well. Learning about how he worked for other water companies and could talk about not liking the attachments they used, etc., was very interesting to me. I thought the written material provided was extremely detailed and comprehensible.

Things do not always go as planned and how something is handled when they do not shows whether the company stands behind the products they sell. I chose WaterMart because a family member had it installed in thier home and they were very satisfied with it. I tasted the water and liked it, I also had it installed at my previous home and loved the system so it was a no brainer to have it installed again.

Ron was our service technician and he did run a bit late, but we received a phone call to advise us of the delay. On that note, he was less than an hour late. He was fantastic! He explained our system further, he worked with our wishes on the bypass lines (we wanted to keep some lines hard water), and he tried to keep the costs down for us. Everyone we have ever dealt with at WaterMart has always been extremely customer service- oriented. Linda, Dave Ron and Scott are the staff with whom we are most familiar. Every time we do business together I always think to myself that it seems like a very well-run and happy business.
Everything was exceptional, especially Scott. Usually it is a real inconvenience having a service technician in your home, but my experience with the WaterMart service technician was exceptionally quick, informative and pleasant. Even our dog liked Scott. Thank you.
I wanted to give you some feedback on my recent visit from WaterMart. Scott delivered exceptional service, as always. It is always a pleasure to deal with him and you should be proud to have him on your team. I really like the fact that Linda took the time to call and let me know that Scott was running behind. Just keep doing what you do… I love the fact that Scott let us know what we will be needing to repair in the near future but he didn't push us to have it done at this moment (like other places)… He was also very patient with our questions )

Dave was very helpful over the phone and Ron provided excellent customer service. He was on time and did a fast and efficient job removing the filters from our old house and installing them in our new house. We had an issue with low pressure but Dave responded immediately and Ron came and straightened the situation out for us without question.
The fact that Dave didn't try to offer "explanations" for it but sent Ron out the next day to fix the problem was greatly appreciated.
Lately we've had a number of companies try to justify or explain the problems we've had with their products or services. It was nice to have someone listen, acknowledge and proactively react without having to jump through hoops or go into a huge amount of detail to try and remedy the situation.
