Optional Stage 6: An alkalizing filter: Many of our clients are natural health professionals. More and more they are advocating the health advantages of drinking more alkaline water. This will give you the best of all worlds – the cleanest water possible with alkaline, re-mineralized water

The Jupiter Melody

This is the best selling water ionizer in the world. The flagship of the Jupiter line, the JP104 offers Jupiter's new infrared filter system for maximum purity. You can choose to attach your Jupiter Melody to either your tap or directly to the water line below your counter. You can also install your Melody below the counter by using one of our special dual-outlet, above-counter faucets.

The Melody Water Ionizer has 9 levels of pH to choose from, giving it a broad range of 3.8 (acid) to 11.0 (alkaline). (Note: The pH results from any water ionizer depend upon your source water. Generally speaking, harder water will produce more alkaline results.) This not only gives greater choice for you and others — it also allows you to take advantage of highly alkaline water for cooking. Your greens will be greener, your rice fluffier and coffee and tea more flavouful.

The Jupiter Melody Ionizer comes complete with a 0.1 micron Standard Biostone Water Filter. Also available is the Biostone "Ultrafine", an extremely fine particulate filter (0.01 micron). (Because of the fineness of filtration, the Ultrafine's water filter lifespan is only 5-7 months, compared to the 7-12 months for the standard 0.1 micron Biostone water filter). The choice is yours: we will supply the Melody Water Ionizer with the water filter of your choice.

In addition to silver-coated activated carbon, Biostone water filters contain "Tourmaline", a semiprecious gem that naturally emits infrared energy, which initiates negative ion creation even before the water is ionized and reduces the surface tension of the water.

That's not all: the Jupiter Biostone water filter also incorporates Coral Calcium. The JP108 Aquarius and 109 Orion

These are the new residential water ionizers from Jupiter Science, the world leader in water ionization. These two models now represent the state-of the art in water ionization. They are essentially the same machine (they have different external cases. Also, the Aquarius has a digital display and the Orion has an LED display).

But they go beyond the Jupiter Melody with these new features:

Extends the life of the electrodes. This is the heart of the system and its life has been extended by a factor of three, through Jupiter's newly patented "Double Automatic Reverse Cleaning" system, and by platinum mesh titanium construction. The result: elimination of scale (mineral) build-up on the electrodes, and a stronger, more durable machine.

Provides you with a set pH level. The first water ionizers that automatically adjust flow rate to ensure correct pH — every time you use it. An automatic water pressure control (computer controlled) maintains constant water pressure giving you a consistent pH level. As a result, the flow rate is a little slower than the Melody.

Extended range of pH (alkalinity) and O.R.P. (antioxidant ability). Units have been tested on a variety of source waters throughout North America and demonstrated higher pH and ORP levels than the Melody. (Note: The pH results from any water ionizer depend upon your source water. Generally speaking, harder water will produce more alkaline results.) The increased antioxidant power is the result of platinum-titanium mesh over the electrolysis plates.
